The applications prepared in accordance with the specimen application indicated at the end of this notification shall be sent by registered post through the Head of the Institutions to reach the Director of Engineering Services, Ministry of Public Administration and Management, Colombo 07. The top left corner of the envelope containing the application shall clearly bear the words “Recruitment to the Posts of Sri Lanka Engineering Service (Limited) – 2016/2017”.
