The dully filled application form complying with the following format should be enclosed with the certified copies of the relevant Certificates and should be submitted by registered post to the Senior Assistant Secretary / University Admissions, University Grants Commission, No: 20, Ward Place, Colombo 07 on or before 15th August 2017. Closing date of the Applications will be 15th August 2017.
The application forms received after the closing date and which are not dully completed will not be accepted.
