Application form can be obtained either by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope or downloaded from www.univotec.ac.lk. The applicants who are employed should forward their applications through their respective employers. Please send the completed applications to the address given below on or before 13th January 2017. Indicate clearly, the desired degree programme applied for, on the top left hand corner of the envelope. Please enclose, along with the application, copies of the certificates, the deposit slip of applications-processing fee of Rs.500/= which may be obtained from any Bank of Ceylon Branch to the credit of University of Vocational Technology, Account Number 0070308457, Bank of Ceylon, Ratmalana Branch. Incomplete applicationswill be rejected.
